Terms of Service

Veritas is operated by Remigiusz Szkolka. References to "Veritas," "we," "us," or "our" mean the operator of the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country of residence, to purchase a paid Veritas report.

If you use free reports and are under 18, you confirm that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Veritas provides digital self-reflection reports based on symbolic frameworks, archetypal psychology concepts, structured interpretation systems, and information you provide.

Reports may be generated with the assistance of automated systems, including AI-based models, combined with content structures, prompts, report frameworks, and editorial direction created by Veritas.

Veritas reports are interpretive tools intended for personal reflection, curiosity, self-knowledge, and entertainment.

They are not professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, employment, or career advice. They must not be used as a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional.

Veritas reports do not diagnose, treat, prevent, or evaluate any medical, psychological, psychiatric, or mental health condition. They are reflective interpretations based on the information you provide and the report system used.

Do not use a Veritas report as the sole basis for high-stakes personal, medical, legal, financial, employment, or relationship decisions.

If you are experiencing emotional distress, a mental health crisis, or thoughts of self-harm, please contact a qualified professional, a local crisis service, or emergency services in your country. Do not rely on a Veritas report in these situations.

To generate a report, you may provide information such as names, dates, times, places, relationship context, personal descriptions, or other inputs requested by the Service.

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the information you submit.

Inaccurate, incomplete, fictional, or mistyped information may significantly affect the relevance, quality, or usefulness of your report. Veritas is not responsible for reports that are less accurate, less relevant, or less useful because of information submitted by the user.

Some Veritas reports may involve information about other people, including relationship, family, compatibility, or social-dynamics reports.

By submitting information about another person, you confirm that you have a legitimate basis to do so and that your use of that information does not violate that person's privacy, rights, or applicable law.

Reports involving other people are intended for personal reflection only. You must not use them to harass, discriminate against, evaluate, manipulate, or make harmful decisions about another person.

Veritas may offer both free and paid reports.

The price, scope, and features of a paid report are shown before purchase. Paid reports are processed through our payment provider, Stripe.

By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the price shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes, fees, or currency conversion charges shown by the payment provider.

Reports are delivered digitally. Once payment is confirmed, where payment is required, Veritas may begin generating your report immediately. A report is usually made available through a unique online report link.

If you provide an email address, Veritas may send a confirmation email, report access link, and, where available, a PDF copy of the report.

Delivery times are estimates only. Technical delays may occur.

A PDF copy of your report may be provided as a convenience.

The online report available through your unique report link is the primary version of your report. If a PDF cannot be generated, attached, displayed, or delivered for technical reasons, the online report link remains the main method of access.

PDF generation is provided on a best-effort basis unless explicitly stated otherwise at the point of purchase.

Depending on your country of residence, you may have a legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within a certain period, including the 14-day withdrawal period available to many consumers in the European Union.

For digital content or digital services delivered immediately, this right may be lost once performance begins, if you have expressly requested immediate delivery and acknowledged that you may lose your right of withdrawal.

Before completing a paid report order, you may be asked to actively confirm that: (a) you request Veritas to begin generating your digital report immediately; and (b) you understand that, once generation begins, you may lose your right of withdrawal or cancellation to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If this confirmation is required and not provided, Veritas may refuse to process the paid report.

Because paid reports are individually generated digital content, purchases are generally non-refundable once report generation has started, subject to your mandatory consumer rights.

If you paid for a report but did not receive access due to a technical issue on our side, contact us at support@your-veritas.com. Depending on the situation, we may provide the report link again, regenerate the report, or issue a refund.

We do not provide refunds solely because: • you disagree with the interpretation, • the report does not feel emotionally accurate to you, • the report does not match your expectations, • you changed your mind after generation started, • you entered inaccurate or incomplete information.

Veritas does not guarantee that a report will feel fully accurate, complete, emotionally satisfying, or personally resonant for every user. Reports are interpretive tools, not objective measurements.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for: • the information you submit, • your use of your report, • keeping your unique report link private if you do not want others to access it, • ensuring that your use of Veritas does not violate another person's rights.

You agree not to: (a) use the Service to harass, threaten, manipulate, exploit, discriminate against, or harm another person; (b) use reports as a basis for medical, legal, employment, financial, or other high-stakes decisions; (c) submit information about another person where you do not have a legitimate basis to do so; (d) attempt to bypass payment, access paid reports without authorization, or interfere with Stripe or any payment process; (e) use bots, scripts, scraping tools, or automated methods to generate reports at scale without permission; (f) reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or extract Veritas content, prompts, structures, methodology, or report logic to build a competing product or service; (g) resell, repackage, or commercially exploit Veritas reports or report content without written permission; (h) use the Service in a way that disrupts, damages, overloads, or impairs the website, infrastructure, or report generation systems.

Veritas, including its name, branding, website design, report structures, report names, archetypal frameworks, text systems, visual style, prompts, methodology, and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to the operator of Veritas.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any Veritas intellectual property to you.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, commercially exploit, or build a competing service from Veritas content or systems unless we give you written permission.

When you receive a report, Veritas grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access, view, download, and keep that report for your own private, non-commercial use.

You may share your report or its link with friends, family, or other people for personal purposes.

You may not: • resell your report, • publish reports at scale, • use reports as part of a commercial service, • sell access to generated report content, • use Veritas report content to train, build, or improve a competing system.

Veritas reports may be generated with the assistance of AI-based systems.

AI-based systems can produce outputs that are imperfect, incomplete, unexpected, or influenced by the data and instructions used to generate them. Veritas reviews and structures its report experience, but we do not guarantee that every generated sentence will be error-free or suitable for every personal situation.

Where required by applicable law, AI-generated or AI-assisted content will be identified as such.

Veritas may rely on third-party providers to operate the Service, including payment processors, hosting providers, email providers, analytics providers, PDF-generation tools, and AI model providers.

Stripe processes payments. Veritas does not store your full payment card details.

Some third-party providers may process data on our behalf. The details of personal data processing are described in our Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for outages, delays, errors, or service interruptions caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control.

We aim to keep Veritas available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent access to the Service.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, including report types, design, pricing, features, or delivery methods.

We are not liable for temporary unavailability caused by maintenance, technical issues, third-party failures, security issues, or events outside our reasonable control.

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, which providers may process it, and what rights you may have under applicable data protection law.

These Terms do not repeat the full Privacy Policy. Please read the Privacy Policy separately.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Veritas and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on a report.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim relating to a specific paid report is limited to the amount you paid for that specific report.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time.

The version of the Terms published on the website at the time you use the Service or make a purchase applies to that use or purchase.

If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to make the updated Terms available on the website or otherwise bring them to your attention where required.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Veritas, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of the country in which you live.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot be removed under applicable consumer protection law.
