Terms of Service

YOUR-VERITAS is operated by YOUR-VERITAS sp. z o.o., a limited liability company registered in Poland.

Throughout these Terms, “YOUR-VERITAS”, “the Company”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to YOUR-VERITAS sp. z o.o.

The Company operates the Service and supplies the digital products described in these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have reached the age of legal majority in your country of residence if that age is higher, to purchase a paid report.

Free features are not intended for children under 16. Users aged 16 or 17 may use free features only where legally permitted and with parental or guardian consent.

You agree to provide information lawfully and to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to prevent misuse, protect the Service, or comply with applicable law, subject to your statutory rights.

YOUR-VERITAS provides personalized digital reports intended for self-reflection, self-understanding, and personal exploration.

Depending on the selected report, the Service may use birth information, including date, time and place of birth, relationship information, or other inputs provided by the user.

The reports use structured interpretive frameworks that may draw on symbolic astrology, natal-chart information, archetypal concepts, and related approaches to personal reflection.

Reports may be created with the assistance of automated processes and artificial intelligence systems operating within frameworks developed for YOUR-VERITAS.

Different reports may use different inputs and methods. The description, scope, and relevant requirements of a particular report are presented on its product page before purchase.

YOUR-VERITAS reports are interpretive digital products, not scientifically validated personality assessments or deterministic predictions.

YOUR-VERITAS reports are intended for personal reflection, curiosity, self-knowledge, and entertainment.

They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, employment, investment, or other professional advice.

Reports do not diagnose, evaluate, treat, or prevent medical or mental health conditions.

Interpretations are subjective. They may feel meaningful, inaccurate, unexpected, or inconsistent with your personal experience. No particular degree of personal resonance is guaranteed.

You should not rely on a report as the sole basis for important decisions involving health, safety, relationships, employment, finances, or legal matters.

If you require professional guidance, consult an appropriately qualified professional.

Reports concerning relationships or compatibility are not couples therapy, relationship counselling, or professional assessments of whether a relationship should begin, continue, or end.

Reports concerning personality, internal mechanisms, emotional responses, or career suitability are not psychotherapy, clinical psychological assessments, recruitment assessments, or individualized professional career guidance.

No YOUR-VERITAS report guarantees the suitability of a romantic partner, a particular job or career path, or any specific emotional, professional, financial, or life outcome.

Users remain responsible for their own decisions and should seek guidance from appropriately qualified professionals when making decisions with significant personal, relationship, health, employment, or financial consequences.

Nothing in this section excludes or restricts statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or immediate danger, seek help from local emergency or crisis-support services. YOUR-VERITAS is not an emergency service.

To generate a report, you may be required to provide names, birth details, relationship context, or other information relevant to the selected product.

You are responsible for reviewing the information you submit and ensuring that you are entitled to provide it.

Incorrect, incomplete, fictional, or mistyped information may affect the generated result.

If a report was correctly generated using information entered incorrectly by the customer, a new generation request may be required to obtain a corrected result.

This does not limit statutory remedies where the delivered digital content fails to conform to the contract.

The collection, use, and retention of submitted information are explained separately in our Privacy Policy.

Some reports may involve information about another person, including relationship, compatibility, or family reports.

You must have an appropriate lawful basis for providing another person's information and must respect that person's rights and privacy.

A report concerning another person must not be used for harassment, discrimination, exploitation, manipulation, or harmful decision-making.

The person paying for a report and the person receiving it may be different. The Service may therefore allow a report to be delivered to an email address designated by the purchaser, subject to applicable privacy and security requirements.

YOUR-VERITAS may provide both free and paid reports.

Free access may be subject to limits, eligibility conditions, or restrictions designed to prevent misuse.

The price, scope, and applicable conditions of each paid report are presented before purchase.

Payments are processed through Stripe.

Where applicable, the final payable amount, currency, taxes, and charges imposed by YOUR-VERITAS will be displayed before the customer confirms payment. A payment provider or bank may separately apply charges under its own terms.

Paid report generation may depend on successful payment confirmation.

Unless a product is expressly presented as a subscription before purchase, buying an individual report does not create a recurring subscription.

These Terms do not guarantee that a particular report will always remain available for free or at a particular price.

Reports are delivered digitally.

After a valid request and, where payment is required, successful payment confirmation, YOUR-VERITAS may begin generating the selected report.

When the report is ready, it is made accessible through a unique online report link.

Where applicable, an email may be sent containing a confirmation or access link.

The standard delivery method is access through an online report link. YOUR-VERITAS does not routinely deliver generated reports as PDF attachments to email messages.

Generation times may vary depending on report type, technical conditions, and supporting services. Displayed generation times are estimates unless a specific delivery deadline has been expressly agreed.

If a report cannot be accessed or delivered due to a technical problem, please contact support@your-veritas.com.

We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy under these Terms and applicable law.

Consumers who conclude a contract online may have a statutory right of withdrawal.

For consumers in the European Union, this right generally applies for 14 days after conclusion of a distance contract, unless a lawful exception applies.

Immediate supply of digital content

Where a paid report qualifies as digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the statutory right of withdrawal may be lost once supply begins, provided all applicable legal conditions have been satisfied.

These conditions may include: • Your prior express consent to begin supplying the digital content before expiry of the withdrawal period. • Your acknowledgment that beginning supply under the applicable conditions results in loss of the right of withdrawal. • Receipt of the legally required contract confirmation on a durable medium.

The legal conditions for services or digital services may differ from those applicable to digital content.

YOUR-VERITAS will apply the relevant rules according to the nature of the product purchased and the applicable law.

Once the right of withdrawal has been validly lost, a customer cannot withdraw from a correctly supplied report solely because they changed their mind.

The purchase of a personalized report or the mere technical start of generation does not, by itself, remove a statutory withdrawal right.

Exercising an available withdrawal right

Where you retain a statutory right of withdrawal, you may exercise it by emailing a clear statement to:

You may use the following model statement:

“I hereby notify YOUR-VERITAS that I withdraw from my contract for the purchase of [report name], ordered on [date], using the email address [email].”

Using this model wording is optional.

Where withdrawal is valid, the applicable consequences, including any refund, will be determined under mandatory consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms removes a statutory withdrawal right that has not been lawfully lost.

YOUR-VERITAS reports are individually generated interpretive digital products.

YOUR-VERITAS does not offer a voluntary money-back satisfaction guarantee for correctly generated, contract-compliant, and successfully delivered reports.

In particular, a discretionary refund is not offered solely because: • You disagree with an interpretation. • The report does not feel personally accurate or meaningful. • The report does not match your subjective expectations. • You changed your mind after validly losing the statutory right of withdrawal. • You provided incorrect information and the report was correctly generated from that information.

The subjective character of an interpretation does not remove the Company's obligation to provide digital content that conforms to the contract.

Complaints concerning non-conformity

You retain all statutory rights if a paid report is not supplied or does not conform to the contract.

Examples of potential non-conformity include an inaccessible report, substantial missing content, incorrect delivery, serious technical defects, or a failure to provide the purchased product as described.

YOUR-VERITAS will assess the complaint against the agreed product description, relevant technical evidence, the nature of the reported issue, and applicable legal requirements.

Depending on the circumstances, the remedies available under law may include bringing the content into conformity, restoring access, a price reduction, or termination of the contract with a refund.

The Company will respond within the period required by applicable law. Where a statutory response deadline applies, it takes precedence over any general customer-support target.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or replaces mandatory consumer rights concerning non-conforming digital content or digital services.

You agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly.

You are responsible for: • The accuracy and lawfulness of information you submit. • Your use and interpretation of generated reports. • Protecting your account credentials and private report links. • Respecting the rights of people whose information you submit. • Avoiding unauthorized access to other users' information. • Complying with these Terms and applicable law.

You acknowledge that YOUR-VERITAS does not make personal, professional, or legal decisions on your behalf.

You must not: • Harass, threaten, exploit, manipulate, discriminate against, or harm another person through the Service. • Use reports as substitutes for professional advice in high-stakes matters. • Submit another person's information unlawfully. • Circumvent payment requirements, access controls, authentication, or rate limits. • Attempt unauthorized bulk report generation or abusive automation. • Interfere with the operation, availability, or security of the Service. • Commercially exploit protected content, report structures, or proprietary technology without permission. • Resell reports or report access as part of an unauthorized commercial service.

These restrictions do not exclude rights or exceptions granted by mandatory law.

The YOUR-VERITAS brand, website design, original texts, visual materials, report structures, software, proprietary interpretive systems, and other protected elements of the Service belong to the Company or are used under appropriate licenses.

The purchase of a report does not transfer ownership of the Service or its underlying intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, or commercially exploit protected materials without permission, except where permitted by law.

Third-party intellectual property remains the property of its respective owners.

When a report is lawfully supplied, the person entitled to receive it obtains a personal, non-exclusive license to access and use it for private, non-commercial purposes.

You may read the report online and save or print a personal copy where this is supported by the Service or your browser.

You may share a report or its access link privately with friends or family, provided the sharing is lawful and non-commercial.

A person who obtains a working report link may be able to view the corresponding content.

You may not resell access, commercially redistribute reports, publish reports in bulk, or use protected report content to operate an unauthorized competing service.

This license is subject to mandatory rights granted by law.

Some reports are generated or structured with the assistance of automated systems and artificial intelligence.

AI-assisted interpretations may contain errors, inconsistencies, or statements that do not reflect a customer's personal experience.

YOUR-VERITAS uses defined report structures and generation processes but does not guarantee that every interpretive statement will be objectively accurate or personally meaningful.

The customer remains responsible for deciding how to understand and use the interpretive content.

These limitations do not remove the Company's obligation to supply digital content conforming to the contract.

Information about the processing of personal data by AI-related service providers is available in our Privacy Policy.

The Service relies on third-party providers for functions such as payments, hosting, technical infrastructure, report generation, and digital communications.

Stripe processes payments.

Technical disruptions affecting supporting providers may sometimes interrupt report generation or delivery.

YOUR-VERITAS will take reasonable steps to address failures affecting its contractual obligations.

The use of third-party providers does not remove responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The identities, categories, and personal-data processing roles of relevant providers are addressed in our Privacy Policy.

We aim to maintain a reliable and accessible Service, but maintenance, security incidents, technical problems, or temporary outages may occur.

We may modify features, introduce improvements, or discontinue products where permitted by law.

Any change affecting an existing paid contractual entitlement will be handled in accordance with the applicable contract and mandatory legal requirements.

We do not guarantee that every optional website feature will remain available indefinitely.

This does not limit rights relating to paid content or services that must remain available or conform to the contract under applicable law.

Personal-data processing is governed by the separate Privacy Policy.

That document explains the information collected by YOUR-VERITAS, the purposes and legal bases of processing, retention, service providers, international transfers, and applicable privacy rights.

These Terms do not replace or restrict statutory data-protection rights.

Reports are interpretive materials, not professional advice or guaranteed factual assessments of personality, future events, or life circumstances.

To the extent permitted by law, YOUR-VERITAS is not responsible for decisions independently made by users solely on the basis of subjective interpretations or for circumstances outside the Company's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for non-conforming digital content, fraud, intentional misconduct, or other matters protected by mandatory law.

Any contractual limitation applies only to the extent permitted by the law governing the relevant claim.

YOUR-VERITAS may revise these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, business operations, or applicable law.

The Terms presented at the time of purchase govern that purchase, unless the parties lawfully agree otherwise or mandatory law provides differently.

Updated Terms will be published with a revision date.

Where a change materially affects an ongoing contractual relationship, YOUR-VERITAS will follow any applicable requirements concerning notice, consent, or other safeguards.

New Terms do not automatically remove rights acquired under an earlier contract.

These Terms are governed by Polish law, subject to applicable mandatory consumer-protection provisions.

If you are a consumer residing outside Poland, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory protections applicable to your contract under relevant law.

Nothing in these Terms restricts access to courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.

Where mandatory consumer protections prevail over a contractual provision, those protections apply.

Do not send full payment-card numbers, passwords, card security codes, or other unnecessary confidential information.

Complaints are handled according to applicable consumer law.

Where available, consumers may seek assistance from competent consumer-protection authorities, consumer-advice services, appropriate alternative dispute-resolution bodies, or courts.
